Prior to forming his multi-disciplinary law practice, Matthew served as counsel and Risk and Compliance Officer to Watertown Savings Bank, as an attorney at Morgan Stanley Private Bank N.A. Matthew currently serves as of counsel to Johnson & Associates of Dover, NH and Sanford, ME.

 

Matthew received his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston where he now serves as an adjunct professor of law with coursework in Contracts Drafting and Fair Housing Law; and where, through his ongoing mentorship of law students, has partnered with the school's Clinical Law Office since 2018. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and lives with his wife and two boys in Hamilton, MA.
